These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Arsnl ("Arsnl", "we", "us", or "our") and govern your access to and use of the website at https://arsnl.tech (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These Terms govern the Site only; the provision of our software development, data, API, and artificial-intelligence services (the "Services") is governed by a separate written agreement as described below.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf, in which case "you" refers to that organization.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:
- disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Site or its underlying infrastructure;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, or circumvent any security or access controls;

- use the Site to infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of others, or to transmit unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.
Services & Engagements
Content on this Site, including descriptions of past work, capabilities, timelines, and results, is provided for general information only and does not constitute a binding offer, a guarantee of outcomes, or professional advice. Case studies describe specific engagements and are not a promise of similar results. Any engagement for Services is subject to and governed exclusively by a separate written agreement (such as a master services agreement and/or statement of work) executed between you and Arsnl. In the event of a conflict between that agreement and these Terms, that agreement controls with respect to the Services.
Submissions & Communications
Information you submit through the Site (for example, via the contact form) should be accurate and should not include confidential or sensitive information that you do not wish to disclose prior to a signed agreement. If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the Site or our offerings, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that feedback without restriction or obligation to you.
Intellectual Property
The Site and all of its contents — including text, design, layout, graphics, logos, and code — are owned by Arsnl or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property and other laws. The "Arsnl" name and marks are our property. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Site for your own informational and non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We provide these links for convenience only and do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third party. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Limitation of Liability

Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Arsnl is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law grants you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
Severability & Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate written agreement governing the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Arsnl regarding the Site and supersede any prior understandings on that subject.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
